Govlink

Govlink, aka Heather DiStefano, is an electronic musician based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Getting her footing in the breakcore and hardcore scenes of Portland, Oregon, her work has evolved far past its DIY origins. Having a boundary-pushing, sound design-forward approach to everything electronic, her music paints otherworldly imagery, stepping through realms of IDM, ambient music, sound collage, and techno, while still paying homage to OG rave. In the years since Govlink began, she has amassed a diverse catalog of full length albums and EPs with an ever-growing, inimitable sound.
