Led by Catalina García and Santiago Prieto, both born and raised in Colombia, they have received multiple awards for their unique and eclectic approach that blends genres such as jazz, swing and pop with Latin American sounds such as salsa, cumbia and bolero.

Accompanied by a large family of talented musicians (Darwin Paez on drums, Roxana Valdes Taffur on percussion, Eva Peroni on bass, Abstin Caviedes and Jairo A. Barrera on winds), they have crossed the world to reach the most diverse, eccentric and eloquent stages, playing at Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza Chicago and Chile, Austin City Limits in Austin Texas, Bonnaroo, Fusion Festival Berlin, Estéreo Picnic Bogotá, Festival at Pohoda, Festival Vive Latino, Cosquin Rock, Tecate pal Norte and stages all over the world such as Mexico, Miami, Spain, Los Angeles, Lima and many more.

In twelve years they have released four albums: “Hecho a mano” (2012), “Caja de Música” (2015), “Encanto Tropical” (2018) and now “Bolero Apocalíptico” (2023).

They received their first Latin Grammy in 2015 in the “Best New Artist” category and have had Latin Grammy nominations for “Album of the Year” (2015 and 2018), “Record of the Year” (2018), “Song of the Year” (2018), “Best Pop Song” (2023) and at the Grammy Awards for “Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative Album” (2016) (2019).

In 2020 in the midst of the pandemic “Mundo Paralelo” was born alongside Pedro Capó and currently after the release of several singles in unitary they are presenting “Bolero Apocalíptico” an album co-produced with Rafa Sardina, which represents a sensory balance between the popular, the experimental and the folkloric, a sonic journey through 12 songs that become a message of hope, love and freedom in the midst of chaos.

Each of the songs on “Bolero Apocalíptico” functions as an act of liberation that invites us to reconnect with our essence and to inhabit the present.

In 2023, Sony Music Colombia awarded us a Gold Record for surpassing 4 million streams on digital platforms with “Mundo Paralelo” with Pedro Capó, a single that belongs to the album “Bolero Apocalíptico”. Additionally, our album “Encanto Tropical” was announced as Platinum in Colombia.

The paintings delivered at the certification were made with CDs that were no longer in use and were going to be discarded, these CDs were transformed to give them a new use in favor of supporting ecological change in the world.

The Deluxe version of BOLERO APOCALÍPTICO, arrived with 4 new tracks: En La Oscuridad with the Argentine group Bandalos Chinos, Agua, Onda Sensual and Mala Yerba which stands out for its electronic sounds under the production of Ivan Corraliza better known as Il Factor.
