This event will feature an all-women DJ line-up of local artists in the DMV area including headliner Baby Weight, with support from House of Jane and Medusa’s Muse (Kara Levchenko and Indyah Larae) and guest performance by DC local lesbian drag queen Sapphica Star. The music selection and event itself are both curated to uplift and celebrate women, queer and sapphic folks in the electronic music space and beyond. All members of the queer community and allies are welcome. A portion of every ticket sold will be donated to The Trevor Project. 

Tickets are non-transferable until 72 hours prior to the show time. Any tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling can be cancelled at the discretion of The Atlantis / Ticketmaster, and buyers may be denied future ticket purchases for I.M.P. shows. Opening acts, door times, and set times are always subject to change.

Baby Weight

For over a decade, Washington, D.C. based artist Baby Weight’s signature genre bending sound, dynamic DJ sets, and outspoken advocacy has stunned dancefloorsearning co-signs from artists like Fatboy Slim, Walker & Royce, LP Giobbi, JustinMartin, Chris Lorenzo, Nicole Moudaber, and VNSSA among others.

Called “resolutely anti-bullshit and pro fun” by Mixmag, Baby Weight has performed at some of the world’s most notable festivals including Coachella, SXSW, and EDC with releases on labels such as Insomniac Records, He.She.They, Southern Fried,D4D4NCE, Dome of Doom, and Street Tracks.

In 2020, she came out as trans citing a need to transition in her private life and as an artist. Later that year, she would have her first #1 on Beatport with ‘Rave Police.

’2022 was a breakout year with multiple high profile releases including‘HousePrincess’which was featured in Calvin Klein’s Pride campaign. In 2023, she was named by DJMag and The Blessed Madonna as an “artist to watch” leading to a nomination for“Breakthrough DJ of the Year.” This momentum continued with ‘Slay 4 Me’ garnering heavy support from BBC Radio 1, Defected, and Ministry of Sound. In 2024, her releases ‘Inner Voice’ and ‘For U’ broke new ground for her sonically culminating with a buzz worthy performance at Coachella.

House of Jane

Founded in 2024 by j:drive, Cobrastrk, AstroNat, and Erin Page, House of JANE emerged from a shared vision of unity, creativity, and empowerment among female DJs & Producers. HoJ has gained recognition for their dynamic performances and innovative approach to music through genre-bending within (but not limited to) styles such as House, UKG, Bass, Hard Groove, and Club.

House of JANE has served communities both near and far through vibrant music and shared values. HoJ has also curated and produced community events in the local scene of Baltimore, MD. HoJ is passionate about collaborating with local talent/partners, safe and inclusive spaces, and promoters with a shared vision.

Medusa's Muse (Kara Levchenko & Indyah Larae)

Medusa’s Muse is a femme-forward musical duo celebrating the multifaceted experience of the girls, gays and theys. Grit and grace; beauty with bite; music that’s guided by queer power and feminine energy. Medusa’s Muse is composed of DMV born & raised best friends Kara Levchenko and Indyah Larae. Indyah is a dancer, actor & singer who brings her love of RnB center stage in her vulnerable writing and effortlessly beautiful tone. Kara is a singer/songwriter and producer who places soulful vocals and ethereal soundscapes at the forefront. The two share an electric stage chemistry as DJs and producers.
Medusa’s Muse strives to uplift the queer and BIPOC communities through dynamic DJ sets  featuring live vocals and sapphic themed dance parties around DC. Their most recent Sapphic event sold out Songbyrd Music House back in March of this year, and they’re thrilled to be bringing the party to The Atlantis this August!
